Hey all! New member here. I have been in and out of the industry for almost 40 years now. I taught at the secondary and post-secondary level for 20 years. I quit teaching in 07 and went into heavy equipment (coal mining) for 10 years. Now, i'm 57 and nearing the end of my career and find myself back where it all started. I am the shop foreman at a mom and pop type shop with a few "mechanics" (ie: Code Monkeys) and am trying to do my best to stay on top of the newer stuff. I mostly do the electrical diagnosis and the weird network stuff where I am now. I need all the help I can get!
