Hi, Paul and all of you!
I'm so happy to be a new premium member!
My name in Anders Brandt and I am a cinematographer and CEO of a film production company in Sweden. I am a free time mechanic and I have been for 30 years! It all began in 1999 when my father died and left me some money that I used to fulfill a, by the time, 11 year old dream – to buy a DeLorean. I had to learn all the mechanical skill that it required to fix the car.
I also had a Volvo Amazon (121) from 1965, that I turned into my daily driver car. 15 years ago a bought my second Volvo 121, it’s from 1961/62 and I’ve gone through that car almost twice by now.
This is mostly mechanical work, now I want to finally be able to wrestle down the electronics of more modern cars. Starting with my friends Lincoln Continental -93. I have a repair question in another thread.
Kind regards Anders

"Knowledge is a weapon. Arm yourself, well, before going to do battle."
"Understanding a question is half an answer."
I have learned more by being wrong, than I have by being right.

I loved the Amazon 121 series and had great respect for the 144 --- but never like the 244 onwards.
