new guy here, ''wisco'', was a diesel mechanic, having problems with the older truck, i dont have much experince in auto electric thats my biggest problem lately. so hello to everyone, i have a 1993 chevy s-10 .4.3. No power to coil, the coil has two electrical sockets the one with pink and white wire we ran a ground off white wire to body of truck and now we have power to coil w key on and off with key off, but i dt want to try this that way, it was just something one of the guys came up with, i found this forum off U-TUBE, and perferr to be able to drive this without a electrical fire, things cant be rigged like the old days with senser's and so fourth, ok, thanks ..look forward to maybe helping anyone out if i can along the way, WISCO IN northern wisconsin.
