Hello, My name is Doug.  I have been a technician for almost 20 years, working at a BMW Dealership for 14 and a couple different independent shops for the last 6..  I have always felt like I had a really good understanding of diagnosing for many years but recently I have questioned myself on simple readings that I am getting and realized that I need a refresher on it all.  I came across the ScannerDanner YouTube channel and have watched a ton of his videos and finally decided to purchase his ebook and the premium subscription.  Looking forward to relearning and learning new things.
