Hi, 
I drive a semi truck and the local shops won't diagnose electrical problems and the dealer won't start on one for less than $2500. 

I ran across SD on you-tube. The video where he worked on the Lincoln with no fuel pressure. It turned out to be a loose connector under the hood. That video helped me get my low beams working. 
Thank you for the help, I'm here to learn more!
