My name is Jacob, I live on the Sea Coast in NH, Long time lurker but first post and have a few questions for whoever can point me in the right direction.
i just bought a Hantek 1008 and downloaded the software, however i cant seem to run the .EXE file on my chromebook. This was an issue when i first got FreeCAD and had to download a linux version to be able to use it. Has anyone found a workaround? Im sure im not the first person thats gone down this road. thanks in advance!

.exe files are for Windows/DOS base platforms. Chromebooks do not use Windows/DOS, they use their own operating system..."ChromeOS".
I have no experience using a Chromebook but, since ChromeOS supports Linux, you could try installing Wine. Wine is a Windows emulator for Linux.
