Genisys Evo 5.0

I don't use it much except for some older cars, reading codes & data stream all seem to work fine. The problem I have is I have the 5 gas analyzer software installed and when I try to use the analyzer side of the scanner it has an error. I will post it just as it appears.   OTC no longer support this scanner.
Error(s) detected in the Gas Analyzer.
The accuracy of the Gas Analyzer maybe
effected without fixing the error(s)
Use the Reset Gas Analyzer Errors option
 to clear the error(s)
Then perform a calibration. If the error
appears again clearing the error 
contact Technical Service
Then I go to Purging/Zeroing and it always says Analyzer zero failed. I don't see any calibration link, just configuration. Any help would be nice. Hate to throw the scanner away I paid over $2,000.00 just for the 5 gas software!  Thanks in advance. Willie's Service

Do you have the gas analyzer hardware module?

Yes the module is installed and I also have the 5 gas install card.
