My 2007 Ford Ranger with 2.3L engine has been having this problem for several years. When I decelerate to a stop by de-clutching and braking, the rpms will dip below 500 and sometimes the engine will stall. If it doesn't stall, the rpms return to its normal 750. This happens only when the engine is warmed up, and there has never been any fault codes. In addition to adding Techron to the fuel tank, I've cleaned the MAF sensor, the idle control valve, and the throttle plate numerous times with no improvement. Otherwise the truck runs fine (70k miles). Terry
