To me this verse means if I continue to learn and am diligent to study I will be a better mechanic a little bit at a time. For me changing parts and the easy way are not options. One proper diagnosis save time and $$. I see the parts changing route as laziness or inexperience most of the time. The bible has a lot of practical advice for common people if we are willing to look.
