Hey guys,I help with the local church youth club and we always do a 10min talk half way through the night,this week's speaker has had to cancel so I was thinking about linking the workings of cars to the workings of us,how both fail and both need fixed(especially us in a spiritual way)Any ideas,thoughts and scriptures would be a great help,many thanks and God bless

I've often equated the spiritual life with the physical one.
Take working out for example, you will not see gains if you only lift weights once a week. It needs to be 3-4 times minimum, purposeful time you set aside for your body. It is the same with Gods word.
Another one I've used many times, we operate off of absolute physical laws all the time. It is what governs how we troubleshoot a car. Without absolutes, we would be lost. The spiritual world is no different. Truth is not relative, there is only one truth and one guide and it comes from the word of God.
