I just purchased the paper book and joined the premium services and I'm confused on how to get the best of of both. It seems the book is to be used with certain videos etc. Can someone give me some guidance to get the best out of both services and where to start.

I have seen this requested, before. I am going to create a playlist of the video links contained in the book. I will post, when it is complete.
