Can't get premium content

Can't get premium content was created by bruce.oliver
My subscription is good til Nov 8 but I can't get to the videos. When I click the premium tab it takes me to the ebook. When I click on the link from the email it takes me to the website home screen and says I'm not authorised to view this resource
