I know that there is a thread here somewhere about the verus not needing an attenuator. Does that mean that voltage spikes from the primary won't ever hurt the Verus? Is there ever a situation where voltage spikes could damage the Verus? Thank you!
I've been using a Verus for a long time and have never hurt it measuring primary voltage, or anything else for that matter.
That's not to say nothing will hurt it, but primary voltage spikes and the likes are well within the capability of the tool.
