The question was this:
"A test question for you guys. Or maybe more of a challenge. I want to hear your thoughts on this first question before I post a follow up question. Then finally the answer. (this has to do with a case study I just finished filming)
A ground side switched solenoid that is not being energized should read 12v on both the feed and control side of the circuit.
Voltage on both sides of the connector (feed and control), reads 2.9 volts. (Solenoid plugged in, backprobing)
Why is the voltage so low? What are our options? (there is not one answer here, I'm looking for a list of possibilities)"
To be honest I was pretty confused till Tommy Wolfe from Positive Lead Diagnostics came up with the right answer. I mean 2.9 volts ??? First thought is voltage drop. But it's not!

Youtube seems to be going through upgrades(!) I had sound problems with it on my Win10 notebook last week.

Yes but Paul posted it after Tommy gave the right answer.
I'm fine with the color but that's about it

You're right forgot about that. He made a video about it if I remember correctly. I'll have to check my Google+ account as well cause there are no notifications either.
