Ignition System Inputs is the chapter that goes over hall effect sensor operation and testing.
Having them in the window motor as position sensors or in the engine as camshaft sensors makes no difference. Testing will be the same as described in the videos.
Judging by the diagram you attached, supply will be the power to the sensors. Service information will tell you if it's 5 volts, 12v or something else (or you can check a door without an issue), return is going to be the shared sensor ground and that leaves signal 1&2 which will be square waves as the window motor moves.
