The hose seems dry. The fuel pressure doesn't drop after turning off car. If I were to restart right away after cutting off it still hard starts. The fuel reading doesn't even drop on the gauge.
What I do notice is after starting up from long cranking the exhaust smells strange for a few seconds. It's not a gassy rich smell. It smells like a carbon charcoak burnt smell. Hard to explain the smell.

A leaking diaphragm does not always cause fuel pressure to drop, but will leave a bit of gas ready to be sucked in when cranking causing rich start. Just a thought!

It doesn't smell rich . It smells like charcoal from a BBQ pit for a few seconds after the long cranking. If it starts normal it doesn't smell

I haven't gotten to fully continue testing. So far I done all the checks that was sugguested from this topic. Check out the video of the issue off necessary
