Im having a problem with my car but i dont know what the problem could be. The car only starts up with a jumpstart and stays on when jumpstart cables are disconnected after providing start. Second problem is when the car starts up its making a loud noise once cranked up because when i look under the car i see a part broken off but i dont know nothing about cars or what that defective part name is. If you can please help me i would really appreciate it.

It sounds like a defective battery . You can verify this by checking charging voltage. You may have a parasitic draw that killed battery but that test must be done with a good battery. As far as what's hanging underneath a picture of it would help if you can't get a picture than maybe a detailed description of the area and it's shape may help

All you need to check your voltages and amp draw is a cheap volt meter such as this 1 from harbor freight we can explain how to use it to perform the tests you need to do but you will need to have the battery replaced before you can perform these tests alternatively you could try to have the battery charged but since it doesn't restart without a jump I doubt the battery will hold a charge

That is you catalytic converter it has broken from your intermediate pipe that will require a sleeve to be welded in . Depending on your local shops they will likely charge around $50 to repair it but this can vary from shop to shop

It looks like you need to spend money on the car to keep it running --- apart from what has already been mentioned it looks like it also needs tyres you should really find local help and get a estimate on cost.
