Got a 2009 Lincoln Mkx here with the 3.5L motor. It periodiocally shows the warning light (wrench symbol) and shuts down while driving. It has codes, P0020, P2100, P2107, P2110. It does not Idle well. I signature tested both CMP sensors. Both seem to be not right. (I will attach the snapshot). I save a VSM Video of the CMP signatures but i cant share it here.
Any advice is appreciated.Thanks,Elijah

Here Are Some Screen Shots. The Green Trace is back1 and the yellow trace is bank 2. I realize now I should have changed the time base. See anything Wrong?
Thanks for your help in advance,
Elijah

P0020 is a circuit code for the Bank 2 VCT solenoid (ground side switched solenoid that directs oil pressure into a chamber in the cam gear that advances the intake cam relative to the crankshaft) but that's not going to shut down the car. The intake cam will advance to make more power off idle. Without it, sure low power, but not going to shut off the car.

P2100 is an circuit code for the TAC. I think the P2100 will shut down your car. It's two wires (out of a total of six) coming out of the PCM, controlling an electric motor, which moves the throttle plate. Check for an open motor winding: OL is bad, service info says 1-900 ohms is good. Also check the terminals and pins on the TAC for anything wrong.
