Hello, I have problem with high rpm (2000-1800) at idle, after cleaning throttle body.
Mitsubishi lancer 9, 1.6 gasoline engine (speed density, with MAP),2007 model year. This throttle is not electronic drive and have idle speed regulator . If I close hole of idle speed regulator, rpm drop on 100 rpm. And idle speed is high all the time. Help me please!
Have you tried a battery disconnect and touch the disconnected leads together? It's called a cap discharge. Start with that and then drive it. I had a GM take 40 miles of driving to reset. I couldn't do anything with it other than that.
