By posting the year, make, model and engine near the beginning of your help request, followed by the symptoms (no start, high idle, misfire etc.) Along with any prevalent Diagnostic Trouble Codes, aka DTCs, other forum members will be able to help you get to a solution more quickly and easily!
I don't know how to mark this as FIXED, but I tested my o2 sensor with a multimeter, for resistance. It was perfect. I then zip tied the o2 sensor further away from the exhaust and put 93 octane with seafoam. I then reseated my air filter just to make sure there wasn't a vacuum leak. Everything seems to be working now!
you must have a short in the 02 wiring... seafoam and 93 gas is not going to correct the problem. resistance test only shows the 02 heater circuit is working.
you were pulling on the wiring when testing, disconnect the zip tie and see if the problem returns that will be the fix... could be wiring shorts on the exhaust.
