Hello gentleman, need some input with this issue and yes all relevant parts have been check and replace timing chain cam and ck sensors timing alignment check 3 times with 2 different tool kits volts +&- and signals also valvetronic calibration was performed with snap on scanner ,still showing the code at first few revolutions of cranking put a scope to check please let me know what's wrong with this pic check attachment thank you

Not sure exactly what that entails. Did this get a timing chain set replacement, or was it checked and determined to not need it?
If it did have engine work, was it to correct this issue, or is this new after repairs?

are listed as follow
cam sensors I&E replace
timing chain complete with phasers replace
cranck sensor replace , also the 2 solenoids
the picture you have and one i acquired from a non-good example are the same, ground and signal and 5 v are ok, the vehicle runs with no problems other than the code in question , i also try to manipulate the intake cam by moving it a bit and the signal change a bit but not good enough after the first timing change was replace the car was taken to the dealer was send back with the notation that the timing was off that was a wrench in the machine whent back and check the timing 3 times after that just in case look at tone rings cams and crank in details for abnormality's non was found remove and replace the eccentric shaft sensor. no change, note i was wondering if the ECM could be curbing this timing, at this point i recommended the engine to be replaced ,i can only work with what i have we, don't have a lot of access to technology for this particular brand our scanners are limited that's Wy the cavemen approach, with the R&R, the car initially came in with this code p0340 the tech that work on it the first time notice low oil level and not to much of slack on chain, we used Cloye chain kit on this and was throwing the possibility of a defect after it was pass on to me.
Thank you for the clarification. I understand the struggle on these cars, it is very difficult to get reliable aftermarket service information, and aftermarket scan tools are not exactly great with these either.
Hello again, quick update on this mini, unfortunately we have to implement the nuclear option and replace the engine, witch in term fix the p0340 problem, would have like to replace the chain with an OEM kit but was running out of time and the decision was made above me, the only regret is the question unanswered what was costing this problem, i have read a few post about this same issue out there but note this i have the engines side by side with the timing tools install in both engines and they were the same timing with no difference or variant and the same with the crank tone wheel i hope someone finds the fix for this thankyou.
Sometimes that's just how it shakes out. At a certain point, the customers money is better spent fixing the car than it is finding the issue. I have a GM school bus with a 6.0l @ 75k miles getting an engine because the VCT doesn't work. There's no point in tearing down the engine to find the oil restriction it has when the customer needs the bus back in service.
