Tyler, thanks for your reply, a child of the 50’s, I’am slow trying to navigate the wed site, messages, etc. 
Working on a 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited V6 3.7L GAS 4x4. Horn will sound at random in a alarm type pattern, with both L&R horn fuse pulled, can here a relay in the TIPM
clicking, pulling the #M13 fuse, clicking stops. Leaving the fuse in depletes the battery over a day or so. Seems to be a common problem with this model.
