Hi people I have a 2019 jeep compass I replaced auxiliary battery i still cannot communicate with BCM my start stop is not working and I have a no 4×4 light on . I have 60 ohms on network and it doesn't appear to have network problem apart from me not communicating with BCM , I also have a intermittent connection to DLC scan tool data

This vehicle has a "Secure Gateway Module". If you are checking network resistance at the DLC, you are not checking the whole network. You are only testing the "Diag CAN" lines. You will have to tap into the other side of the SGM.

Have you checked all of the Powers and Grounds of the BCM? While you're at the BCM checking powers and grounds, check network resistance at the BCM.

Is your scantool registered with AutoAuth. Will it unlock the SGM?
