The van runs good, no issues with shifting or accelerating. But the light still on and the scanner shows a code 83-1. That reads
ECM/PCM Relations failure. I don’t know what to do.

According to the info Chad provided, it looks like that code may be set in response to a code being stored in the engine control module.
It's not uncommon for Honda vehicles to disable VSA in the event there is an engine code.
I would want to know if there is there is a code stored in memory for the ECM.

Hey Noah ,thanks for your help,you are right there is a P0300 code store in the ECM
I though I can fix the VSA problem first and then the
Random misfire.
But I didn’t know it was the code that triggers the vsa light..I will fix the random misfire and then I let you guys know what happen next….thanks again

If the p0300 doesn't come back very quickly, I bet that if you clear the engine codes the vsa light will go out until the p0300 returns.
