By posting the year, make, model and engine near the beginning of your help request, followed by the symptoms (no start, high idle, misfire etc.) Along with any prevalent Diagnostic Trouble Codes, aka DTCs, other forum members will be able to help you get to a solution more quickly and easily!
3strikes and you know what..
If it takes an hour to get a post uploaded it's a wasted effort.
Especially losing my posts in the middle of upload 3 times is really a PITA
I will be withdrawing from SDP now as I see little value in even trying to contribute or ask for assistance at this point.
Really disappointed with the whole captcha dying within 20 seconds and failure to upload a file thing as well.
That's weird, the forum has been pretty stable lately.
I ran your complaint up the ladder to see if there's anything that can be done.
I really find the value for your money in SDP to be in the classroom lectures and case studies, no so much the forum. So if you're not interested in learning from the videos, then yeah, you probably did waste your money. But for less than $20 a month, there isn't better fundamental driveability training on the internet.

Man, I can totally understand your frustration. To give you some background, we just recently switched the forum to premium members only. Spam bots, enhanced by AI basically took over the forum and it was either get rid of it or make it exclusive to premium members. I never intended to have people pay to just use the forum on not the SD Premium training. That being said, we have changed some things, just today and it was brought to light from your post.
First, we got rid of the captcha.
Second, we extended the time to keep you logged in, just in case it is taking a long time to create a post.
This being said, I have no problem with refunding your money and closing your account. Let me know what you would like to do. Please email support@scannerdanner.com to get this handled further. Thanks for your patience
Thanks for the update and reply, I'm still viewing the vids and find them quite useful. One popped up yesterday that was just on target for the problem I'm stuck on. A crank no start on a 2002 Buick Century 3.1
