I have a 96 jeep cherokee RHD with the 4.0 engine. When I got the vehicle it was hardly running and since then I have put a lot of new parts on it. All suspension and steering components have been replaced along with the fuel pump. New ignition switch. Under the hood I have replaced the head gasket, timing kit, oil pan gasket, distributor as a whole along with wires and plugs, ignition coil, valve cover gasket, cam pos sensor, crank pos sensor, IAC, throttle pos sensor, crank sensor, map sensor, coolant temp sensor, radiator hoses with thermostat, inspected wiring and found no issues there so I sent the pcm into a company called solopcms.com. I just received it back and got it installed the note from the repair shop said they "replaced the power supply". The code 11 came back on within 3 miles of driving it and it sounds like the metal part in the distributor that passes through the cam pos sensor is possibly hitting it but I don't see marks on it. I have been chasing this code for a while it's the last thing I need to fix to get it dependable. I have replaced the cam pos sensor with 3 different brands and the crank pos sensor with 3 different brands and I'm at a loss on what the problem could be.
