[FIXED]1999 Chrysler Cirrus Lxi 2.5 L AC job was created by popoften

I am helping ,my son replace a seized AC compressor. We are also replacing the condenser, and so we need to transfer the trans oil cooler from the front of the old condenser to the new one. If is attached with (apparently) single use fasteners that we can't seem to avoid destroying when we remove them. What else can we use to attach the oil cooler to the new condenser? I'll post pics shortly.
