Lets do some Voltage checks with the sensor unplugged.KOEO.
What is the Voltage on EPA ?
What is the Voltage on VPA ?
What is the Voltage on VCPA ?
Do the same checks for EPA2, VPA2, and VCPA2
I just want to verify your 5v ref circuits and the signal wire(s) voltage levels.
But to answer your question it looks like your VPA2 is stuck at 2.03v. The reference for this circuit is 5volts. These are hall-effect style potentiometers, so I'm thinking your your sensor is pulling your reference voltage to 2.03v./ or the reference voltage is low, but the no change in voltage does suggest a bad sensor.
In a nutshell, I want to verify your reference voltage EPA2 is 5volts, and whether your signal voltage VPA2 is high or low unplugged, as compared to the EPA1 and VPA1 circuit.
If the circuit is pull-down on the signal(s) voltage and both references EPA1,2 are 5volts, you more than likely have a bad sensor. Circuit integrity checks would need to be performed next.
