Have an 08 accord with codes p0339 and misfires. Put my scope on but signal looks weird, could it be a bent reluctor wheel?

All though it is definitely displaying wavy, it looks to be very uniform.
My first thought possibly a poor scope connection

"Ground cannot be checked with a 10mm socket"
