Hello everyone, I'm working on a 2004 Ford E350, 5.4
I can't get this Van to pass the catalyst monitor, all my scanner readings are spot on except one small anomaly I see for the b1s1 pid, the sensor reading will fall above or below its parameters. Scanner readings for that sensor will go to a 0 and displayed as a red 0 and will go above 900mv like 910 or 920 nothing way out but flagged in red, in between the switching looks normal. Could this cause it to keep from setting? I have put 40 miles on this van.

Thanks Ted from Herndon VA
