I cannot find information on this.
2.4 VTEC    Vehicle starts and runs normal.
Stumbled onto this testing new scanner.     Live Data Mode:   I wanted to look at the CMP A , CMP B, and CKP to watch data to make a determination on timing chain.
This is what came up on Data Stream:
CMP A   No Pulse  25
CMP B  No Pulse 50
CKP  No Pulse 63
These values do not change with RPM changes.
When graphing it the same values were shown for CMP  A&B  with no waveform just a straight line at the given value.   However  CKP would show a pulse, although highly erratic.
Engine will Run with CKP disconnected.   Will not run with CMP disconnected.
All other live data is normal
These results are the same on 2 scanners.   TOPDON Topscan  and Phoenix Elite 3
Mitchell is worthless.  Alldata diy   doesn't support this car.

I'm not exactly sure what those values mean myself, but I don't think you can use them to determine if the chain has stretched or moved.
It would be more accurate to scope the cam and crank signals and compare to a known good.
I don't think these engines are that difficult to remove the valve cover to check the marks if you suspect a timing issue.

Noah, thank you for responding. I understand what you are saying. I don't think I was clear what I was really looking for.
The live data stream lists CMP A CMP B CKP. all 3 say no pulse with a fixed value. I guess what my question really is, is why Honda lists this with no usable information able to be derived from it. As it is stating no pulse but evidently that is false because engine is running well. This is my personal vehicle and I was just going to use this instance for my own education. I tried to get help from a Honda Dealership and was blown off, no business referals from me. Which I get when I was in dealership it was aggravating to have people come in and ask questions. But I tip well when I do that.

Ok, I think I understand better now what you are asking.
As I said, I am not sure the value of those pods, but I do see them on Hondas. If I can find the answer to your question, I will be sure to post it up here.
Likewise, if you figure out how these PIDs are used, please be sure to give us an update.
I am not sure if "No Pulse" is how often it has seen a lack of signal from the sensor, or if No is not short hand for Number as is sometimes used.
