I have a 91 ford thunderbird super coupe that have been working on last 12 weeks, will crank no start, it is a 3.8 v6 supercharger, have spark on 3/4 coil but very weak spark on 1/5 and 2/6 coils. Have changed DIS module with new and new coil and new plugs set at 54. I have pulse signal at coil connection and at wires from dis, also have a pulse light from crank sensor. No engine codes its a obd1, engine light goes off when cranked, at a dead end, need help.
If you spray carb cleaner behind MAF, does car start?
Are plugs wet, maybe even too wet?
I'm slightly confused on what you have done. I'm assuming you changed DIS and all (bad) coils. Do they spark better after change? If not, check wiring since you might not be getting enough current to coils.
Do you have an alarm? Sometimes those go bad and sometimes kill ignition.
Sprayed MAF sensor with cleaner, wiring harness has been taken apart and inspected, new coil and DIS module, still very weak spark on cylinders 1 and 5 coil and 2 and 6 coil in one single coil pack have good spark on 3 and 4 coil, had alarm system but has been removed. Not sure why only spark on the one set of coil.maybe a bad ground somewhere ??
