Jeep TJ 2006 TCM issue Limp In.

Hi guys, Im a little stock in my diagnostic.Hope someone can help.
Engine runs super smooth, all 5v refs is good. but TCM side of the PCM only gives 12V control input to the transmission relay for a few seconds, leaving the TCM, Trans Solonoids and TRS unpowered.
I had the entire wirering of the car off for refurbishing and know that all connections are good. Trans solenoids and TRS have been changed too. I guess there must be something telling the TCM that something is wrong since it shuts the power to the relay.....or am I simply just having a bad computer. ? Im a bit confused of how to attack the problem from here. The problem have so far been intermittent, and with a computer reset been driving as normal. I had P codes for Hot transmission and took live data with normal 190 F trans temp that suddenly showed 300 F although Trans oil pan measured 190 F as normal. Even with a 100 ohm resistor in the circuit that lowered the temp sens to about 150 F, it still suddenly jumps up to 300-340 F and eventually result in Limp IN.

hi sir I just wanted to try and help the the tcm is reliant on inputs from ecm and other modules there are critical inputs that may affect shifting such as speed sensors and coolant temp ect I am not a tranny tech as that is pretty mucha specialty in and of its own to get good at it but I think a tranny tech would start by checking pressures at various ports ATRA has some good material on it and if you do take it to a tranny shop be careful there are a lot of so called tranny specialists that really are not and are just parts swappers

I had a Jeep Cherokee a while back that would turn on the instruments for a few seconds when ignition was turned on then turn off - and would not start. I did some research and checked voltages at the diagnostic plug and found 10.5v at one of the pins that should be a communication wire. After unplugging modules one at a time I found the info display above the driver had a bad earth connection at the plug. When I clicked it back in the 10.5 volts went away and the vehicle started an ran. Because it had no earth it was dumping voltage down the communication wires and the modules couldn't communicate - so they went to sleep a few seconds after getting ignition. Just something to check
