2011 Altima 3 wire ignition coil. What is the voltage reading on the control wire key on engine off?

i know theirs battery voltage and ground. 

i have a situation where im getting 4 different readings on the control wire, and  i know this isn’t right

Are you using a DVOM?  If you are, the voltage will be anywhere from 0-5v (you could try max/min if your DVOM has it).   The DVOM is too slow to read the control signal.  It is a 5 volt square wave, an oscilloscope is required to view it. The other 2 pins are B+ and GROUND.
