Codes c1515,c1525,c1541.no steering power asist at all.trying to do steering calibration nothing happen.machine is telling me to erase dtc c1515,c1525 and c1581.guys can dtc c1541 cause this condition?

Possibly? Not sure that we have an equivalent to the Mark X in the NA market. Possibly similar to a Lexus GS 300...
Anyway, did some quick research, the C1541 is for the a vehicle speed sensor problem? I found this little snippet while Googling this code:
It doesn't take much assistance to steer at 62 MPH, so that could definitely account for your assist problem.

The power steering ECU receives vehicle speed signals from the skid control ECU via CAN communication. The ECU provides appropriate assisting force in accordance with the vehicle speed, based on the signals.
If the ECU detects this DTC, it adjusts the amount of power assistance for a speed of 100 km/h (62 mph) and continues the system control.
It doesn't take much assistance to steer at 62 MPH, so that could definitely account for your assist problem.

try clearing the codes first. then do the reset on the steering
