Okay so here's what's happening. On my 2001 ram sport 4x4 with a 5.2 l. I pulled the intake off and the heads replace head gaskets new intake aluminum plate new gaskets. Reassembled engine and cranked it over and it started up I walked around to the hood and saw I had a couple injectors leaking so I went and shut the truck off, I pulled the fuel rail up inspect the Dior rings on the injectors everything looked good I reseeded them in there reattached everything got back in the truck to start it and now it cranks but will not start. . There does not seem to be any fuel at the fuel rail test port as nothing comes out when I depress the pin in the center. I'm also not getting any spark at the plugs. After just a few minutes my odometer will flash and then read no bus with the cel. I just don't understand why it started the first time and then 10 minutes later it will not start again.

Check the 5 volt reference. Make sure that it is not shorted to ground. The MAP sensor should be an easy place to check.
Also, make sure that the PCM Grounds on the front of the engine are good.

Okay, I did as you suggested and check for the 5 volt reference. I checked it at the throttle position sensor as that was the most accessible place to check. On the Violet and white wire, which is the wire closest to the firewall on the TPS, I am getting a reading of 10.2 volts with the key on. I also went to the ECM, and I probed the Violet and white wire there, and also read 10.2 volts. I have changed out the ECM with a known good one. And still get the same readings. I have also unplugged sensors one at a time to see if they no bus message will go away. It does not.

To be sure that I am reading the diagram correctly. The 5 volt reference leaves the PCM on the Violet/wht wire on pin 17 supplying the crank sensor,
cam sensor,
map sensor,
And tps.

Got it running.
in my op I stated that I had a leaking injector.
While fixing that, something happened at the #3 injector plug . Wiggled the wires around at the plug and the no bus went off. Reference voltage at tps is now 5.2.
I do however have a tps code now. Sensor was just replaced 2 months ago.
