5v ref issues with LMM Duramax was created by Cdh83
2009 LMM Duramax, 5v ref issues
Replaced: Fuel rail sensor, Fuel pressure regulator, Engine coolant sensor, fuel filter head, rebuilt the ECM and tested, new batteries
Checked: shorted wiring, 5v at engine coolant sensor
Codes: P0117 Engine Coolant Temperature low voltage
P0462 Fuel level sensor circuit low voltage
P0522 Engine oil Pressure sensor low circuit voltage
P0652 5v reference 2 circuit low voltage

I'd suggest following the P0652 first. Service info spells out which sensors are directly associated with P0652:

 

What does the ECM scan data show for 5V Reference 2 voltage? 0.0V is likely to be a dead short. Pinched wire, harness damage, like that. Between 0.0 and 4.8V is likely to be a resistive short. Failed sensor, or water/corrosion in a connector.
