Hi can someone help me out pinpointing what the problem is? Car came in with lean condition +20 fuel trim p0171. Customer asked to replace plugs and coils. Car left the shop. A week later car came back can’t hold idle. P0171 p300,301,302,303,304, misfire all cylinders. Fuel tank close to empty fuel does not smell like fuel, ran the fuel pump got one gallon out of the tank of some brown looking fuel substance. Fuel was not even, comming out like it was sucking air, put 5 gallons of gasoline in. Fuel pressure is 60 psi. Still runs like crap. If I disconnect the maf misfire are almost gone but it stalles out after 5 sec, maf reading is jumping 3.5-6.2 probably because it’s not holding idle? Checked injectors with scope all look good, pulled injectors out with fuel rail cranked, injectors look good visually too. Compression with gauge is 152, 150 ,150, 180. Intake vacuum 7psi ish.
first picture cylinder 1 pressure at idle why is there a 18 psi difference in compression between peaks. And did it take the valve a long time to close?
second picture cam crank looks odd I think

Smoke check the intake? The running compression at 600-650 RPM is high so it got extra air, lean code, low intake vacuum - sounds like a vacuum leak.
With Just 4 rotations of the engine, what little info I can gleam from the data is : on the second fire cycle the engine sped up from 600 to 654 rpm and I think the PCM commanded the throttle to open up. You have a dead cylinder because of that pressure transducer and the computer's trying to keep it running as best it can. I think more air came in and the engine sped up a little and then you got 18 psi more pressure.
I have conflicting information. Does this engine have VVT? The wiring diagram doesn't show a VVT solenoid, but rockauto says otherwise. wikipedia says the J20A engine has VVT so I'm confused. Then partsouq exploded diagram show j20a without a phaser and j20b with a phaser.

No cam phasers. One cam sensor intake side. Pulled plugs inspected with camera valves look good no cracks, pulled valve cover timing spot on, valve cover gasket had a good size vacuum leak during smoke test, pinched off evap, booster and pcv hoses. Noticed tips of cam lobes are worn I can see 3 layers of metal??? Installed new maf runs good no missfires maf reads 2.6 at idle, fuel trim stft 20 ltft now at 0 was 20 also. During test drive radiator hose broke, replaced another test drive heater core started leaking, bypassed. Had it idling water pump bearing went out. Shoot me now.
