LTFT -04;STFT 19:OXYGEN SENSOR 0.05 TO 0.045 mv.oxygen stays lean on idle but i press the gas its frustrate from lean to rich.good spark plugs and coils.wat can course LTFT stay at 0 while STFT 19?after press the gas pendle goes viceverse.

The short terms adjusting with the long terms fixed may be a Toyota thing. I've known them to be very stubborn when it comes to learning new long term trims.

Like Andy said, vacuum leak is very possible. The intake gaskets like to flatten over time.
