Good day guys I have a 2011 Buick Regal 2.4 Im replacing the ECU with a used one that came out the same model and year...do I need any other part like the key or a blank key bcm, in other words can I use a used computer and key from donor car to start my car ...will it start or what advice you would recommend me to do

I don't think you will have success installing a used engine module in your Buick.
Even with the appropriate General Motors Tech line Connect software and J2534 pass through device, that car is an early adopter of Global A architecture. They are designed in such a way that they can be programmed to one car one time and then never again.
