Hello everyone having trouble diagnosing the problem. Im looking at tps1 and tps 2 signals but one has lots of drop outs. Also alternator seems to make the test very noisy with lots of hash. Heck where do I start? Also scoped the app sensor and 1 of those also has dropouts even with it unpluged.

Not to worry - those dropouts are completely normal. ;-) It's a circuit integrity strategy use to detect shorts between the two signal circuits on the TPS and APP. Check out this thread on a Buick with an identical concern:

Catching this one in the act may be difficult, as it's usually a very quick glitch that produces this code. Before you dig in too deep, definitely take a look at those TSB's Cheryl posted.
