That's a nice capture.
However, to comment on the Cam/Crank correlation, we need to compare it to a "Known-Good". It would be easier to find a Known-Good if you could post the Year, Model, and Engine size (rather than engine code), of this Toyota.
Also, it would help others help you if you could post description of Code 13 and under which conditions it sets.

Thanks Chad,
Hope this helps.
Toyota soarer jzz30 1jz gte vvti1996 2491cc
Code sets right after engine is started maby 3 seconds or so of run time at idle. The captures are at idle.
I haven't been able to find a good known.
Hope this helps.

I've also run a capture over a long time base and can't see any drop outs or tooth discrepancy.

Unfortunately, Toyota did not release the Soarer in the U.S. and I cannot find any service information for it. 2491cc converts to 2.491L. I browsed through the 1996 models that I have access to, but did not find a vehicle with a 2.4L or 2.5L.

Ah bugga,
Thanks for your help anyway Chad really appreciate it.
I'll be sure to update with the end result so we may just get a good or bad corelation wave when I'm done!

Hi Chad,
I recently got the ecu back from the ecu repairers.
Thay said it was OK although it still failed on there test bench and coded 13 again. They tested it under good will no charge so I guess thats code word for its still cactus.
I've since load droptested all the ecu power, grounds and sensor wiring.
With much googleng I think my initial scope pattern is ok maby 1 or 2 degrees out on my measuring, but that's just normal belt wear and not enough to fault the code.
And considering it still faulted on there test bench I think it's safe to say the ecu is playing silly buggers.
Many thanks again
Untill next time..
