I have a 2013 Dodge Dart Aero. My ABS, Traction Control & Brake light have all come on along with a message on the dash that says Service ABS. I took it to the dealer & they say it needs the ABS Module replaced. The problem is that the part has been discontinued. I asked if I got a used one, would they install it? They told me that a used ABS module would not reprogram to my vin. Is there anything I can do to correct my issue? I mainly just want my cruise control to work. Also, the stopped on a hill assist would be nice to have. Thank you everyone!
If the module cannot be programmed with Witech, the only option may be to clone the EEPROM, which takes special equipment, knowledge, and sometimes requires the EEPROM chip to be removed/de-soldered from the circuit board.
Here
is a video of PJ Walter doing some EEPROM work.

send module out to be repaired would be another work around. you will need the codes that they pulled to let the repair place know what was going on. services can be found on ebay by searching abs module repair
