Struggling with this transit 19 3.7. No communication with high speed network did pin point test disabling everything along the network didn’t get communication back. Code u0422-64 main code. Van starts and runs fine. Need help
Ljsalinas6, it's tough to say without seeing the voltage scales on the left side of the scope, but your CAN capture looks pretty clean.
We could use some more information about your Transit:
To be clear, you have zero communication with anything on the HS-CAN?
Which module set the U0422?
What is the customers complaint with the van?
There has to be some amount of communication between the ABS, PCM and BCM on the HS-CAN, otherwise the PATS system would not allow it to start. Keep in mind that U0422 does not mean there is a loss of communication on a given network. It means that another module either received invalid data from another module, or didn't receive a message that it was looking for.
Appreciate the reply man. There was that’s why I was so confused everything was obviously talking or it wouldn’t start and run. Figured it out they wired an after market gps tracker so followed the wires all the way to the back found another obd now have access to the communication. All that to get a wheel sensor code lol
