Hey fl0302! Just to be clear, have you cleared codes and rechecked for new ones after swapping coils and plugs? The symptom of misfire under load definitely sounds like an ignition issue, so I just want to make certain that the issue hasn't moved since you did the swapnostics.
IMO, the next easiest step would be a relative compression test. No scope or test equipment required, just put the gas pedal to the floor and crank the engine to enable clear flood mode. Listen to the way the engine cranks and note any skips in the cranking cadence. There's a newer ScannerDanner video out that covers this very topic:
If you want to stay on the swapnostics track, then I'd suggest moving the fuel injector next. The fuel rail is easily accessible on this engine, and wouldn't be too hard to move the #1 injector to another cylinder. Clear the codes and recheck after a test drive.

Did you clear the codes and run another drive cycle since swapping the plug and coil to see if the misfire moved with it? I assume you only have a code reader and not a scan tool capable of live data?

I will try preforming another drive cycle as you suggested.
Thanks again from both of you
