2008 avalanche 5.3 Lc9 
APP Pedal Position Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage code 

Throttle Position sensor  1 and 2 sweep test voltage tests pass.Accelerator pedal position sensor 2 indicated position is stuck at 99% and Accelerator pedal position sensor 2 is stuck at 4.92 volts.  Any suggestions moving forward would be much appreciated 

5v reference wires at the pedal connector check out ok

I'm guilty of a parts changer while I was waiting for my scanner to arrive. No change in values from the new accelerator pedal. Also all body/engine grounds/straps have been replaced and or checked out good. Relays and fuses also checked out ok
