1996 Toyota Camry 2.2, Sparks Once With Key On then I believe Once when Key Off.

Coil fire on Key on but not during crank, then i think it fires once I turn key off, or when i let off crank position. 12v at both coil and ignitor, My igt and igf are not showing a square wave, tach does not seem to be moving, but Scanner was reading a rpm signal....IGT was showing 8v plugged in and unplugged , and igf has 5 volts unplugged and 0.5v plugged in...checked with key on on previous two.  Guy said it ran, but have yet to see that, Havent checked fuel pressure yet but had fuel on spark plugs and seen injectors had opened in the beginning on waveform along with fuel smell.......Ohmed out within spec and got waveforms from cam and crank ill post, dno if they are good or if I even done them right, CrankSensor waveform looks a little weird from what ive seen, dno if it was my settings or what. Didnt quite know how to go about doing crank n cam at same time on my Triton and didnt want to mess something up guessing... Just found it a little odd itd fire at key on so followed gut n started following ignition, hopefully wasnt wrong choice.. Was able to make it spark with bypass test everytime.. believe ignitor connector is showing 0.5v(igf)7v (igt)13v( b+) .5mv(tac?) and 13v(?)......igt to ground shows  Been kind of teaching myself gradually last couple years with help of Pauls book and videos..n just got a snapon scanner last january n trying to learn stuff the right way....dont like guessing... prefer having proof.. and if want to do this for others, definitely aint one that just throws a part cannon at stuff with others money...want to help people not cost them money and make life any worse for anyone....Sorry if forgetting anything....Dnt know how to add screenshots yet....saying forbidden. The flow chart is saying replace ecm, Just wanted second opinion. Sorry so lengthy. or if broke any rules.. Thx for any help.
