1995 Ford f-150 5.0 High idle along with rough idle was created by Lgaddie
I have a 1995 Ford F-150 5.0 that has a brand-new engine that was just recently put in. I am experiencing high idle even when at operating temps and rough idling. Brand new plugs, wires, distributor, rotor, and cap, and has a new ICM and coil also. Brand new throttle body with the IAC and throttle position sensor. Could this be an ECM problem?

Do you have access to scan data? Is the Engine Coolant Temp reading, correctly? What are the values of fuel trim?
