1995 Buick Riviera, not super charged cranks. No start has compression. Has spark spray starting fluid and it won't start. How do you test to see if the crank position sensor is working correctly? To spark when it's supposed to.

Your crank and cam sensors have to be good if you have spark and fuel. The Ignition control module receives cam and crank sensor inputs for spark and injector pulse as well as tachometer (RPM). Doesn't your rpm bounce during cranking?

Assuming is never a good thing.

The ICM is responsible for rpm and injection pulse. Do you have injection pulse?
