Can anyone help with codes P0564 & C1214 Jeep Renegade 1.4 2015 longitude
Hi please can anyone help me with this problem? I’ve just purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade 1.4 longitude , done 34,500 miles . Had it 6 days & Driven it only 56miles & Power Steering Warning light came on C1214. It’s intermittent & power steering works fine. Although I’m not driving it! Due to argument with dealer. I paid for diagnostics & advanced report showed another stored fault P0564 Cruise Control. I’m in England & I’ve the right to return the car , the dealer is being very difficult . I love the Jeep. Would love to keep it but worried the bill to fix will be expensive. The warranty sold with the vehicle is invalid as warranty are stating faults were stored therefore pre existing when I bought it. Any advice please re the fault codes ? Thank you in advance
For what it's worth, the c1214 may be set because a module needs to be set up.
I get the impression that you probably don't have the tooling to investigate this issue further like a full function scan tool or subscription to service information, so there's probably not a lot of advice anyone here could gove you that you could use to fix the problem.
